I turn the way your team works into systems that run.

Go-to-market workflows, AI agents, and hands-on team enablement. Whether you're starting from spreadsheets or running a full revenue stack, I design what's next, build it, and make sure your team can run it.

Where you are

Wherever you're starting from.

You don't need a perfect stack to work with me. You need a workflow that matters.

Getting started

Work lives in inboxes, spreadsheets and people's heads.

We find the one workflow worth fixing first, set up the foundation it needs, and build it so it runs without you.

Tools in place

You have the tools, but the work falls between them.

I connect your CRM, data and AI tools into systems that research, qualify, route and act the same way every time.

Scaling what works

Pilots that mostly work and plays stuck as one-offs.

I harden what you have, add agents where judgment is needed, and train your team to run and extend it.

What I do

Systems, agents, and a team that knows how to use them.

Three ways to work together, often combined. Each starts by learning how your business actually runs.

01

GTM systems

Your revenue strategy turned into systems that run: data, qualification logic, ownership, and the workflows that carry it out.

  • Signal-driven prospecting and research
  • Qualification, scoring and routing
  • CRM setup and hygiene
  • Campaign preparation and activation
02

AI agents and operations

For teams that spend their days collecting, reading, comparing and moving information. Intake, extraction, research, scoring, alerts and reports, connected to the tools you already use.

Recruiting, investing, support, market intelligence.

03

Team enablement

Practical sessions on your real workflows for teams using Claude, Codex and similar tools: context engineering, MCPs, skills and plugins, and reviewing AI output.

On its own, or alongside anything I build.

What a system looks like

From a signal to the right action, every time.

A typical GTM system follows one path. The tools change from client to client. The path doesn't.

  1. 01A signal appearsA funding round, a new hire, a site visit, a rebrand, an event signup.
  2. 02The account is identifiedMatched to the right company and to what your CRM already knows.
  3. 03Evidence is gatheredResearch that answers the questions your reps would ask.
  4. 04Fit is checkedQualification and exclusions: current customers, open deals, bad fits.
  5. 05The right person is foundDecision-makers enriched and verified, not guessed.
  6. 06Context is assembledThe why-now, packaged for a rep, an operator, or a campaign.
  7. 07The action landsIn the right CRM record, queue or campaign. Checked, not assumed.
  8. 08Results flow backWhat happens next makes the system smarter.

Some steps should be plain code. Some need a model's judgment. Some need a person to review. Knowing which is which is most of the job.

Selected work

A few systems I've built.

Uncat

Community to pipeline

Community members matched, qualified and moved into outbound, with custom attribution back to signups.

Blue Zones

Signal-driven campaigns

Live signals from news, RSS and podcasts keep outbound campaigns current.

Sales-engagement platform

Event-to-pipeline system

Event leads staged, qualified, reconciled with Salesforce and enrolled in campaigns, with duplicate and delivery checks built in.

Liquid I.V., Nutrafol, OLLY

Marketing intelligence

Pitch decks from email, researched and written into the fund's CRM automatically.

Dynamism

Candidate intake and scoring

Resumes extracted, enriched and prioritized. About 4,700 candidates processed in the first three and a half months.

Gusto

Hiring preparation

Offer readiness and recruiter materials that pull Greenhouse context into Google Workspace and Slack.

Clipboard

Support ticket intelligence

Zendesk tickets analyzed on a schedule, with AI digests delivered to the team in Google Sheets.

How I work

Working pieces early. Something your team owns at the end.

  1. 01Understand the workThe goal, the current workflow, the bottleneck, who owns it, and what a great output looks like.
  2. 02Design the systemWhat belongs in code, in model judgment, in your tools, and with a person. A first scope with clear acceptance criteria.
  3. 03Build and demonstrateWorking components on real examples, shown early, while changes are still cheap.
  4. 04Validate the full pathOutput quality, duplicates, exceptions, running cost, and proof the result landed where it should.
  5. 05Hand it overDeployed in your environment, with a walkthrough, documentation, and a named owner on your side.
  6. 06Improve from useWhat the team actually uses, what breaks, and which next capability is worth building.
What I'll need from you A decision-maker who can say yes and set priorities. An operator who knows the work and will review real examples. Access to the systems and representative data.
Ways to engage

Scoped around outcomes, not hours.

I don't bill hourly. Every engagement has a defined scope, clear ownership, and an agreed way to judge whether it worked.

Ongoing

Systems program

A monthly engagement that starts with a three-month commitment. I own the architecture, a prioritized build backlog, working demos, validation, documentation and adoption.

For teams that need a senior systems owner.

Fixed fee

Scoped build

One defined system, priced on its complexity and risk, with acceptance criteria and a delivery window agreed up front.

For a specific workflow you already know you need.

Scoped

Advisory and enablement

Architecture reviews, decisions, and team sessions with specific deliverables your team keeps using.

For teams with builders who need direction.

About

Hi, I'm Brandon. I build GTM systems and AI agents.

I'm a GTM engineer. I turn revenue strategy into working systems: the signals, research, qualification, routing and CRM logic a team runs on, and more and more, the AI agents that do the reading, researching and sorting in between.

Since starting Orchid in 2024 I've built for venture funds, recruiting teams, high-growth startups and global consumer brands. I also build my own tools, like MCP servers and plugins that let AI work directly inside a GTM stack, and I mentor people learning GTM engineering.

You won't be handed off to a junior team. The person on the first call is the person who builds it.

Questions

Before we talk

We don't have a CRM or much of a stack yet. Is that a problem? No. Good systems can start with an inbox and a spreadsheet. We start with the workflow that matters most and build the foundation it needs.
Do you only work with sales and marketing teams? No. Go-to-market is where I do the most work, but the same skills apply anywhere information has to be collected, judged and moved: recruiting, investing, support and research.
Is this instead of hiring a GTM engineer? It can come before, alongside, or after one. One good pattern: I get the architecture right and the first systems running, so a future hire inherits something solid.
Do you partner with agencies?Yes. If you run an agency or consultancy and need senior technical delivery for a client, I can own the build while you own the relationship.

Which workflowwould you fix first?

Bring the messy version. That's usually where the best systems start.
